Our mission

Salix is a workplace consultant, not a broker. We start by defining what a business genuinely needs from its space at today's scale and tomorrow's then build a short or long-term real estate strategy around that. Finding a property is the result, not the goal.

Our vision

We want companies to be able to secure workspaces that genuinely match their operational needs not have to settle for a compromise because the search started with what's available rather than what the business actually requires. That's why we invest real time upfront getting to know our clients: their industry, their growth trajectory, and the way their teams actually work, from the moment they first reach out to us.

Our team

Our strength lies in the breadth and depth of our team. Founded by Romain Saussey, Salix Consulting brings together professionals with 15 to 25 years of experience across real estate, finance and management consulting, proptech, and design and construction. Our team is hands-on and flexible, combining specific strategies drawn from multiple industry sectors to give every client a perspective shaped by real operational experience, not just transactional know-how.
